Introducing a new voice into the music world

I've spent the last several months building something that I've wanted to exist for a very long time.

Today, we officially launched Glasshouse, a new women-led music publication dedicated to reimagining music journalism in a way that prioritizes connection over authority.

Glasshouse grew out of a question I couldn’t stop asking: if women create music, buy music, and discuss music, why are so few music publications owned and run by women?

Since then, a small but mighty team of writers, editors, designers, and creatives have come together to build something we’re all extremely proud of.

I cannot wait to share Glasshouse with the world, and hope you’re just as excited too. Below is our founding “manifesta,” where you can learn more about who we are, what we believe, and what we're hoping to build:
